After Sales & Warranty Supervisor

Respond to customers’ inquires in terms of warranty, complaints, after sales requests….etc. Educate customers regarding warranty services Verify claims under warranty Liaise with FEN authorized service center and arrange after sales appointments Ensure warranty and service issues are resolved both promptly & thoroughly Make courtesy calls to customers following the service center visit, and after receiving the satisfaction sheet from the service center Maintain appropriate inventory of required spare parts Ensure after sales calls are recorded Compile reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis Assist and participate in conducting telephone surveys and telemarketing activities. Execute some follow-up tasks as required. Update CRM
