Business Analyst

Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements. Collaborate with others in the company to identify business’ needs. Create and document processes and standards. Gather and analyze information from different sources and relay it back to the development team. Document requirements or contribute to user manuals. Perform technical research and knowledge transfer to the team as needed. Assist in the planning, testing, integration, and implementation of new solutions related to process changes. Highly accountable for the effectiveness, quality, and timeliness of project design decisions. Generate reports and track metrics as required. Analyze testing results to ensure the solution meets the needs of the business.
