Call Center Officer

Responsible for verifying client information and ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date. Support the promotional campaigns that are related to sales and marketing activities.policies and procedures. Respond to all clients’ inquiries regarding: Service execution (username change, password reset, updating client’s data, pushing applications to the credit bureau, and device binding and unbinding for the application) valU’s products and services. Digital platforms issues. Questions regarding merchants (e.g. addresses) or sales transactions. Promotions and offers details. Identify potential opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell to the clients and recommend different vendors when preferred product is unavailable. Resolve clients’ complaints and issues and escalate any other complaints to management further action. Stay up-to-date with promotional programmes, competitive products and merchandising marketing practices. Maintain an accurate record keeping system, prepare data, reports and documents, and analyze information as required. Ensure compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures.
