Customer Service Agent

Receive, follow up and ensure quick response to all clients’ complaints and enquiries in a timely and courteous manner. Providing help and advice to customers regarding all products and services. Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face. Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by store Sales Representatives. Handling customer complaints by phone, email or inside branches. Develop and maintain customers’ data (contact info, purchased products, etc…). Record and maintain VIPs customers’ cards. Issue weekly report to branches by VIPs customers list and their cards expiration. Advising on refunds or compensation to customers as per company policy. Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service provided. Issue weekly, quarterly and yearly reports for all CS provided to customers (Cards, Peak hours, Advertising campaigns, etc…) Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
