Responsible for client communications and conflict resolutions. Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed and followed , quality standards and customer expectations are met, and that project is profitable. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner. Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth. Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client and the agents too. Reports to the Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity Monitoring hiring plan and communicate the interviews feedbacks Set new classes inductions Handle new agents logistics like collecting hiring documents, signing contracts ,Medical registration applications , VPN and bank account opening Update and organize the Project's manpower and Headcount sheets and follow up transfers inside the project. Prepare Payroll sheets and send it to payroll team Prepare invoices and send it to clients and WASLA sales team Communicate with the financial department in POs creation and collection follow up Handle all agents' requests and direct them to the concerned parties "Resignations, Medical approvals and refunds, HR letters and etc..... " Make reports and analysis to WASLA and its clients management
