Indoor Sales (Contact Center Advisor)

Our relationship with our clients is very important, so you’ll be required to wear both the sales hat and the customer service hat, you will need to understand the clients needs and recommend training courses and/or life coaching session to fulfill their needs.Your responsibilities include: Handling clients’ inquiries over the phone. Handling clients’ inquiries online (social media, online chat, email etc…) Promoting and selling Lucid Training courses over the phone to new and existing clients. Follow up with clients after they attend one of our events. Collect feedback from our clients (over the phone or online). Give excellent/honest advice about which services/products are best fit for the client.
