This role is for providing Ownership for IT Infrastructure within the area of accountability; Infrastructure includes, but is not limited to the major technical services, enablers or tools and its underlying IT devices and virtualization infrastructure (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Print, File, Mail, Network Access, End to end network connectivity), (Servers, network devices), (vSphere infrastructure) He will be responsible for ensuring the Operations, Maintenance and Support the infrastructure and definition of its requirements (design, plan, implement, health monitor, high availability) Support the organization in all the incidents that are escalated from 1st line of support and solve them in the expected time frames
