Localization Support Specialist

Defines localization support process and selects tools. Provides solutions, on time localization support and guidance to Project Management, Vendors, Translators & clients and troubleshoot localization issues via telephone, email or remote access. Prepares software and web applications for localization. Analyzes and quotes projects for existing clients. Provides training & instructions for translators/vendors on the different translation programs. Documents all technical inquiries, develops and reviews content for knowledge base.
