Collect the monthly sales forecast from different account managers. Calculate the forecast error and try to reduce it. Release the material P.O according to the forecast. Maintain the backlog at a certain level. Make a weekly production plan for different production lines (Printing, single facer, lamination, etc…). Make a daily master production schedule and deliveries plan. Production follows up and changes the plan according to the actual performance.
