Purchasing section head

*Maintain records for orders items and received. *Process P.O.'s for materials, spare parts and other requirements. *Prepare purchasing department budget and monitor the performance. *Analyze market changes in order to asses material availability. *Develop and implement specific purchasing policies, terms and conditions. *Direct and supervise personnel engaged in buying. *Continuous search for new suppliers and alternative materials to reduce on the risk. *Reduce expenses and increase the purchasing efficiency. *Continuous follow up the MRP and communication with planning section. *Improve the purchasing cycle and cost of purchasing to the minimum. *Monitoring and coaching all section activities to ensure the best performance.
