Formulating inspection plans for materials, work in progress & final products. Determine the proper sample size & sampling method according to sampling instructions. Check and inspect samples according to the approved standards & quality limits. Making the proper decision for acceptance or refusal. In case of refusal, determines the required action (material return, products sorting or execution). Prepare all inspections related reports. Give all reports and checking results to the statistical analyst.
