Our client is seeking to hire an exceptionally brilliant Regional Human Resources Director (North Africa & Levant) Our client is a world-class FMCG and Manufacturing group with a number of well known brands under the group, the Regional HR Director will manage an HR organization that boasts a human capital of more than 4,000 employees across the region Strategic• Develop and implement an HR Policy & Procedures Manual, in collaboration with the group business heads• Implement the compensation policy for the Group to enable a ‘pay for performance’ culture. Review and propose incentive plans • Develop and institutionalize a performance management system and ensure that department managers appraise and reward their staff as per the system Operational• Prepare short and long term manpower plans, as per business requirements.• Develop competencies model• Develop recruitment plans to meet workforce requirements• Create a training calendar for the year in line with business requirements, for specialized and generic courses• Create and maintain conducive work environment encouraging employee excellence, participation and growth opportunities within the organisation• Commission employee satisfaction study on an annual basis in order to gauge employee motivation, feedback on various parameters and success of policy implementations within the Group• Initiate career development & succession planning within the Group• Monitor HR service standards for all activities performed• Ensure smooth functioning of all admin activities in a cost effective manner, viz. manage contracts, requirements, mail system, housing, transport, security, etc. • Lead implementation and customization HRMS module People • Ensure attraction, retention and skill development of HR team to create a high performing talent pool
