He/she has 3 - 5 years of experience in coding, testing and implementing configuration changes and assisting in the design of software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements. Collaborate with end users to understand business and functional requirements and transform into technical requirements Break down technical requirements into smaller programmable pieces, so that team members can work on them right away Ability to play the role of both developer & tester and take responsibility and accountability as technical lead for assigned projects.
