Senior Sales Advisor

Works hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company’s target. Actively prospects and acquires new accounts. Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives. Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service. Advise clients on market conditions, price, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking. Negotiate the buyers and generally representing the company. Close the deal with the client. Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers. Answer client’s questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, and appraisals. Providing ARTAL departments with all data regarding customers’ needs and suggestions Conducting researches for competitive companies regarding price, locations and other conditions in order to improve company sales strategy Providing on job training for the new team regarding sales strategy (double visit, workshop training…etc.)
