Responsible for selling National of care registration (NCR) “Aloha” software and hardware products and the store pro products Deal with the customer and follow up for customer’s feedback. Looking for new customer to add to the database through (survey, internet, social media, yellow pages, and a new food court) and record it as a lead on the customer relationship management system (CRM). Analysis for customers if they are going to deal or not according to qualification and interest. Show benefits of the application’s features for the customer for support systems. Analyze of the customer’s needs upon their requirements Handle all the quotation calculations according to customer requirements or need analysis. Contact the customer to know reasons of rejection to take his point of view in consideration. Follow up with customers that needs time to take the deal. Follow up with the finance, GP manger and CRM team leader to create new customer. Handle sales order with logistics to deliver the order to the customer. Responsible for getting new leads and meeting new customers Handle all the presentation process for the Aloha products
