Being responsible for all technical support activities for Olympus endoscopy including : Install devices for different customers; when needed. Ensure technical delivery for the customer; when needed. Regular periodic maintenance for devices, machines, and systems ( warranty & service contracts ) Train customers on running the device; when needed. Train and assist new hires on the existing products. Supervise the field service activities.
