Open Tour Fiels from A to Z. Follow up confirmations with hotels and get confirmation numbers. Send confirmations to agents or confirm in back office and acknowledge and insert confirmation number received from hotel. Issue proper vouchers and send to agents and hotels for offline bookings. Excellent in Quotation of Tours. Creating holiday packages. Always follow up files and all booking status and make sure all confirmed. Negotiate with the suppliers concerning any controversial situations such as when no rooms available until get, or special rates. Follow up with the suppliers after sale Reply all requests received to agents immediately if received during assigned working hours. Perform other duties assign by the immediate supervisor. Booking through online/offline suppliers. Handle invoicing and issuing of vouchers. Deal with online system bookings (Suppliers systems). Handle the hotels Reservations (entry and confirmation with hotels and suppliers). Find alternative solution if any problem exceeds the service level agreement. Answer any hotel booking inquires (special request, amendment, waiving and finding new availability). Review reservation details with the supplier to avoid any miss matching. Reply on any ticket received through Fresh Disk system. Make upgrades for any client’s request received from the Customer Service department.
