In this role you will: Lead the design of new features and updates from concept to release Design visual interfaces, user flows, and compelling interactions Translate complex ideas into elegant, intuitive designs Work closely with front-end developers, software engineers, and other designers Explore and experiment with the future of the Tinder interface We're looking for: A portfolio of beautiful interface designs that will make us swoon (this is a MUST) 2+ years professional experience with UI design, preferably mobile Proven understanding of interaction design concepts An excellent sense of typography, layout, and general design principles Understanding of the technical side of things, but your real strength is in design Self-starter attitude and are ambitious about seeking new challenges
