Business Development Manager

Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets; Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings; Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives; Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events; Preparing monthly circular and news to be published on our website; Preparing PowerPoint presentations and services displays; Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products; Developing quotes and proposals; Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person; Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met; Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills Managing underperforming team members; Dealing with customers unsatisfied with the quality of the product or service; Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department; Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives; Overseeing the company's marketing budget; Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans; Planning and implementing promotional campaigns; Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results; Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity; Preparing online print marketing campaigns; Creating a wide range of different marketing materials; Coordinating and revising website changes with IT department; Organizing and executing Association Agreements.
