Plan, execute and improve the Value Added Services at the agreed time and quality. Integrate new products and services on this solution and ensure high quality end to end services are delivered to customers. Report regularly on system and service performance against key quality and availability targets. Plan the required packaging materials and ensure availability of stock. Collaborate closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to deliver change in a coordinated way, aligned with business objectives. Performs optimization through Industrial Engineering Techniques (SIPOC,Line Balancing, Time and Motion Study, etc.) and supervises in-life dimensioning evolution for services flows. Organizes and participates in testing for new VAS projects implementation. Issues WO (work orders) towards operational team. Ensures 3rd level support for operational incidents and changes. Analyses solutions against business requirements. Translates business requirements and business needs in operational specification. The first owner of VAS issue. To be responsible of the KPI of VAS. To be first responsible of escalation of critical alarms and problems. Provide reports to identify cause of problems, and give preventive guidance to avoid same problem happen again. Escalate the trouble ticket to Third Line when they cannot solve it, and monitor it until solved. Prepare implement plan and call review meeting for Service Provisioning. Configure needed resources for Service Provisioning. Fulfill the Service configuration and activation according to plan for Service Provisioning. Assist in specifying performance measurement parameters. Collection and administration of performance data. Performance reporting. Performance report administration. Recommendation of the capacity expansion. Fulfill the capacity expansion. Routine Inspection.
