Coaching and recruitment of qualified accountants for the department. Monitoring and supervising daily accounting operations including daily closing for all operating clinic branches. Responsible for taxes, treasury and all accounting aspects of the clinics’ operations. Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close. Preparation of financial statements and meeting external auditors’ requirements. Establishing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures. Establishing and maintaining strong internal controls system that prevents mistakes and frauds. Negotiate with suppliers when needed to achieve smooth cash flows. Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends. Preparing progress reports to management on regular basis. Controlling costs & expenses. Establish annual budget, forecasting activities and variance analysis.
