Urgently Required Help Desk Technicianwill provide information technology hardware and software support to employees, clients, and visitors. Duties :Assist users with network, logon issues, computer configuration, and other support situations. Assist users with basic conference room and audio/visual technology questions. Provide basic software support of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and mobile operating systems. Perform maintenance of computers, printers, and other technology. Set up and deploy new technology equipment as directed. Research and test new software. Other duties as requested or assigned :At least one year of experience installing and maintaining Microsoft Windows based computer hardware and software. Understanding of computer networks, cabling, and network file and print services. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.
