Explaining Human Resources policies & procedures to new staff. Prepare training plan to be approved from management. Processing all training needs and ensuring proper approval. Assist in recruitment and selection process. Prepare the job description. Prepare performance appraisal for the employees. Assist in PR duties such as ticketing and hotel reservations.
