Marketing & Sales Executive Manager

Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.) Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Participate in the creation and implementation of the sales business plan Manage sales activities including on-site and off-site meetings with sales leads, sales prospecting and attending networking events Develop quotes and proposals Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email, and in person Acquire key information about potential projects Negotiate and initiate contracts with customers for products and services Monitor established contacts to ensure customer satisfaction Develop potential customer lists to develop new sales opportunities Conduct weekly sales meeting and prepare weekly sales reports Develop sales collateral Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team to achieve better results
