They will participate in planning many different kinds of operational activities. Handle and plan daily orders. Assign orders to delivery team. Reports to operations manager and coordinates work with stock-keepers. Keep track of order payments. Updates weekly reports in his/ her area. Their role includes improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of the company procedures and processes.
