Planning & Cost Control Engineer

Study and Understand the Project’s Scope of Work from the Drawings, BOQ and SPECs to generate the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS). Ensure that all site actual/committed cost are assigned to related cost centers. Collection and Tracking of all actual/committed cost (Materials, Labors, Equipment and Subcontractors). Calculation of Actual Direct Manpower Productivity Rates. Calculation of Actual Direct Materials Consumption Rates. Calculation of Actual Direct Equipment Utilization Rates. Participation in Regular Project Cost Control Reports. Prepare and review monthly planning reports reflecting work progress summary. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the Supervisor
