Ensure that the production process is being applied according to the set standards to meet the target KPI’s through: Monitoring production lines and workers to make sure they are running according to the set quality standards and required speed Calculating the OEE for each line on a daily basis to assess the lines’ efficiency Making daily/weekly/monthly reports to production manager about the lines’ performance levels and give recommendations for improvement Recording all machine downtimes and find root cause Monitoring the hygiene, safety and GMP standards in the production area.
