- Lead efforts to competitively procure all goods and services for the project - Place orders to replenish stocks avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus for the assigned products / suppliers - Monitor purchase orders placed through procurement portal - confirmation of orders - Facilitate import/export and logistics matters, i.e. customs clearance of procured goods; - Prepare and maintain project exemption letters and shipments logs; - Manage logistics operations and inventory system; - Develop and implement the distribution plan for inventoried equipment;
