Reporting to Team Leader CrossWorkers are seeking Ruby on Rails Developers who has strong experience building Ruby on Rails applications and building APIs, while having a flair for UX/UI and agile customized software for various industries. In addition, you will be involved with specify, design and estimate of new software projects. Structured code, test and documentation are very important for being part of the development team at CrossWorkers. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code Integration of data storage solutions Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization
