System Administrator

Responsible to install, maintain and trouble shoot the software CMB, and other software’s and hardware as per the requirements of the foundation. Perform preventative maintenance on LAN, server, and workstations; configure and install operating systems and software applications on servers and workstations as per the requirement of the foundation. Analyze and recommend new hardware and software for network compatibility and applicability. Perform advanced diagnostics and maintenance on desktop devices when additional expertise is required, maintain the computer peripherals. Use established tracking system to log requests, monitor progress track problem resolution, and identify patterns of failure, research bug fixes and implement solutions. Responsible to train end users on the use and features of operating systems, applications and office tools on platforms provided Assist in requests for proposals and vendor selection related to IT Department. Develop and implement the IT guideline in protecting data, updating software and networks, system modification and system access. Ensure that all Systems work in compliance with the IT policies and procedures. Service management includes, but is not limited to, the following administrative tasks: Adding and removing domain controllers. Managing and monitoring replication. Ensuring the proper assignment and configuration of operations master roles. Performing regular backups of the directory database. Configuring forest-wide Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) settings. Managing domain and domain controller security policies. Configuring directory service parameters, such as setting the functional level of a forest or putting the directory in the special List-Object security mode. Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer and upgrade Microsoft Windows Server operating systems with all required server roles on assigned servers. Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer, manage users and upgrade Microsoft Active Directory. Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer, manage users and upgrade other enterprise applications and systems as assigned. Participate in developing and maintaining backup and recovery procedures and processes. Maintain a Change Management log for changes made in the production environment. Any other similar task assigned by the direct supervisor. .Support implementation of fraud and BCM policies through staff training, incident analysis and reports. Actively communicate effectively to all functional units, systems risk appetite, risk mitigation plans, and set clearly a list of key high residual risks and strategies to handle them.
