Our business is fast paced so requires someone with energy and a good understanding of a customer service and sales environment. Job Overview: Ensure all requests and reservations are answered and reconfirmed in a timely manner. Liaising with clients, establishing their requirements and arranging tours to fit their needs. Inform customers on mandatory travel requirements covering their journey. Preparing itineraries for clients, informing client of costs and any extra expenditure. Offer and sell leisure products that are ready-made or tailor made to suit customer requirements and increase leisure sales. Maintain all reservations for all services accurately in our reservation system Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
