Accordingly ,a Filed Sales Trainer vacancy is now open for interested, potential and eligible candidates as per the details hereunder: Designation: Field Sales Trainer Job Grade : T1/T2 Reporting to : HR Business Lead Location: Maadi’s HQ Responsibilities: § Facilitate different Sales Force Skills programs § Roll out Selling Skills programs to Sales Force § Join, observe, evaluate, and coach Med Rep § Contribute to Training Needs Analysis activity § Works with Line Managers ( District Managers/Supervisors) on individual performance plans § Feedback marketing team regarding the campaign status against predefined measures § Ensure the level of knowledge of Sales Force is up to standards § With Sales Managers, responsible for driving proficiency among new Sales Reps § Frequent travel is needed and at least 50% of his/her time in field
