Help Desk Engineer

Position Overview The candidate will be responsible for providing IT support tyo employees over the phone, in person, and by email. The candidate will also be responsible for solving other types of IT problems when called upon. Key Responsibilities Provides first and second level technical support for helpdesk inquiries Provides hands on solutions at the desktop, mobile device, and Printers Log and document all helpdesk issues Performs troubleshooting and problem diagnoses for hardware and software requests Creates and maintains IT standard procedures documentation Identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention Generates high customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service skills
