HR Generalist

Recruitment Handel Hiring Operations for new vacancies and hiring requests Complete all hiring actions, assure the fulfillment of hiring required documents Working together with recruitment to identify and fulfill the needful training or educational certificates. Assigning new comers on HRIS system. Preparing and sending hiring notice as per distributed list. Development Contribute to the definition and to the updating of the corporate roles/standard positions Following up the employment contracts and probation period due dates to be send to the concerned manager . Preparing the renewal contract according to the company policy Industrial Relations Dealing with the social insurance authority and finalizing all related documents and procedures. Organizing the employee’s files to be in a same standard. Dealing with the labor office and solve any problem related the matter. Administrative services support May support the deployment of HR administrative activities guaranteeing an effective service level and the process efficiency. Training supporting the manager in the functional coordination of activities at region/country level Cooperate with the HR Line Managers by providing, when needed, specific competencies for all the issues/initiatives related to training
