The Membership Sales Manager is primarily responsible for the acquisition of new Memberships; Proactively identify potential leads for individual Membership. Build and maintain an on-going potential leads database in the CRM for individual Membership. Acquire new Members – communicating with them by phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. Manage the administration of Membership applications including: introduction to Lifestyle Manager, sending of the new Membership pack, liaising with accounting for payment processing Assist in preparing any sales documentation according to the regional sales and marketing strategy and keep these updated at all times. Promoting the exclusive nature and the up-market image of Quintessentially on all appropriate occasions. Meet strict sales targets on a monthly basis, with the aim to exceeding these
