Office Manager

Job SummaryThe office manage is responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. She must make sure that office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively.Work activities Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands Maintaining a comprehensive filing system Organize and schedule appointments Organize the manager's meetings & take minutes of meetings Write reports and prepare presentations for management Organize all travel arrangements (booking of hotels, and flights tickets, etc.) Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary Organize office operations and procedures Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time Manage office expenditure budget and ensure accurate and timely reporting Provide general support to visitors
