Job description: Inspect the items before making the research. Make a research on the specific item via reading books in our library and/or via internet. Differentiate between original pieces and fake ones. Get all the physical information of the piece and record them. Make an estimate value of the piece (From:To) Do required tests to identify the material, a product made of. Reply on customer's technical inquiries in time. The area knowledge of the items which have to be researched are (historic furniture - lighting units - Jewelry& Gem stones - Silver - stamps & old money - watches & clocks - fine art - books & manuscripts - collectibles - home accessories - fabric & rugs) and the preferred candidate who has the most number of those area knowledge.
