Project Coordinator - Alexandria

Manage the showroom operation which includes the external scholastic book fairs, reading clubs, and internal selling. Assist in developing a marketing strategy for the showroom. Coordinate the book showroom activities, resources, equipment and information. Monitor showroom staff, showroom progress and handle any issues that arise. Keep the showroom inventory updated, opening and closing daily and monthly balance. Communicate with school personnel to promote the book fairs and the showroom activities. Set a marketing plan for the book fairs and develop an annual schedule for the scholastic fairs. Set and administrate book fair rules and procedures. Help prepare book fair budget to achieve the book fair revenue goals. Take the full responsibility of any book fairs which includes the book fair set up, inventory, staff, selling, expenses ….. etc. Build productive working relationships with both internal and external customers through effective, organized, and timely communications, and take immediate action to meet customer needs and concerns.
