Recruitment Officer

Prepare job announcement. Job posting in appropriate channels. Perform all recruitment tasks including: screening, contacting candidates, set dates to test and perform HR initial interview. Coordinate with the heads of departments and candidates for the interviewing process. Keeping good records for all employees and develop a pool of candidates for current and future staffing needs. Assist in preparing Job descriptions for all positions. Prepare job offers and send them to the shortlisted candidates Confirm and follow up with the candidates for their starting date and getting the required hiring documents. Participate in setting an on-boarding program for the newly hired employees.
