To manage (Plan – organize resources – lead Security personnel and control performance) of Security Officers and Security Supervisors. Set and implement Security Plans, and security procedures. Assess security risks, and take the necessary actions to eliminate them. Report any observed violation to security rules, and take action to minimize likely problems. The job holder should be technically competent in using security systems, and may oversee the operation and use of closed circuit television systems. Establish and maintain reliable working relations with governmental authorities and security professionals. Manage and communicate work plans to his team in daily meeting to review work briefs, get information and observations, and assign roles to team members. Responsible for developing the performance of his team, and motivating them. Ensure that his team members are in good appearance and taking care of the company uniform. Ensure that security equipment are maintained and kept in excellent working conditions.
