Duties & Responsibilities: Helps to develop the strategy and technical design for projects. Defines timelines and project plans; analyzes and estimates feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility with hardware and other programs. Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved. Leads the coding/configuration, testing, implementation and documentation of solution. Develops detailed design specifications. Performs complex applications programming activities. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, maintains, and modifies complex applications programs. Establishes systems to monitor the operating efficiency of existing application systems and provides (or arranges for) proactive maintenance. Serves as a coach and mentor to more junior developers. Delegates tasks as appropriate. Oversees the selection of tools and methodologies for projects. Commits to overall deliverables with customers and/or management. Supports the evaluation and recommendation of new technical directions and approaches to senior management. Develop standards and frameworks which enable the identification and implementation of services within the organization.
