Tasks & Duties: Manage cash & bank transactions. Record journal entries on daily basis. Prepare withholding tax report on time manner. Comply and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger account. Responsible for monthly analysis of AP supplier’s down payment, petty cash, notes payable and expense. Responsible for issuing checks, accounts statements reports and other record and reviews for accuracy. Prepare outstanding accounts payable balance. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Preparing monthly cash flow.
