Admin Assistant

The role of Admin will involve basic administration, such as data entry, filling, answering the telephone and maintaining up to date employee information. Conducting interviews and filtering candidate for open positions. Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets. Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time (calculating pay, distributing checks, maintaining records). Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
