Admin Assistant

Provides administrative support, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling foreign visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests. Schedule meetings Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings. Manage travel and schedule. Handle information requests. Prepare incoming mails Arrange for outgoing mail and packages “papers” to be picked up. Prepare statistical reports. Manage spreadsheets. Greet and receive visitor. Prepare confidential and sensitive documents. Coordinates office management activities. Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly. Prepare agenda for meetings. Helps prepare office budget. Maintain office procedures Coordinate committees and task forces. Receive and relay telephone messages. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Sign for UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
