Main Responsibilities and Duties: Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries. Manage customers' accounts. Follow up on customer interaction.
