Receiving customers incoming calls to manage customers inquiries (Working hours & showroom locations) and generate sales leads to the nearest showroom. Receiving customers complaints and try to handle as much as possible by coordination with showroom manager to achieve satisfaction. Managing products delivery: Act as a liaison between customer, showroom representatives & warehouses to settle the suitable time for delivery. Follow up with customers after the day of delivery that is done smoothly and consider any feedback. After Sales Service: follow up with customers after one month of delivering to ensure and assess the satisfaction after products’ installations. Take the extra mile to engage customers
