Prepare & send offers to our target clients. Coordinating with our client to arrange booking, trucking & order the truckers. Prepare & send shipping declarations to shipping lines & trucking order to truckers. Negotiate the best rates with Truckers & Customs Clearance agents & follow up with them to ensure smooth handling of our client shipments. Review Ocean B/L to match the received shipping declaration. Issue HB/L. Issue shipments Invoices to our client. Co-operate with financial dept. to ensure collecting the issued invoices on time. Prepare & send offers to our target clients. Ordering the agents to handle the import shipment based on the chosen shipping terms by sending detailed shipping instructions. Prepare & send shipping declarations to shipping lines/airlines & trucking order to truckers. Negotiate the best rates with Truckers & Customs Clearance agents & follow up with them to ensure smooth handling of our client shipments. Checking with the importer the Ocean B/L to match the already received shipping instructions . Checking the agents, shipping lines or co-loader’s invoices before ordering the Financial Dept. to settle them. Issue the delivery order upon the shipment’s arrival to the Egyptian seaport . Issue shipments Invoices to our client. Co-operate with financial dept. to ensure collecting the issued invoices on time..
