Attend one Developer’s site toolbox talk per day (30mins including driving time) Visually inspect one Developer’s site per day (60mins including driving time) Visually inspect one HAS activity (eg vehicle condition, maintenance logs, driver qualification) per day (60mins including driving time) Visually inspect one contractor camp per week (60mins including driving time) “Deep-dive audit” one contractor camp per month [check fire extinguishers, electrics, WC hygiene] (3 hours) Report back findings of inspections to HSE manager
