ROLES • Studying requests for proposal (RFPs); attending strategy meetings. • Identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals. • Developing proposals by assembling information including project nature, objectives, deliverables, implementation methods, timetables, staffing and budget. • Writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials. • Gathering proposal information by identifying sources of information and coordinating submissions.
