Job Summery: Our company needs the skills and expertise of a Sales Engineer to promote our services to a wide variety of companies including Consultants, Contractors, Developers, Interior Designers and Owners. The successful candidate will take over the helm of this initiative, instituting new techniques and strategies. We’re looking for a creative professional who can both take and give direction. He or she will work closely with our team to achieve the desired metrics. Job Description: Identifying and establishing new business Create new sales and marketing strategies that target customers and positions our services as the best solutions for prospective clients Searching for new clients who could benefit from our services in a designated region Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers Persuading clients that we will be the best to satisfy their needs Organizing sales visits, travelling to visit potential clients. Meeting regular sales targets Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new releases, ad campaigns. Negotiating tender and contract terms Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining services to customers Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery Solving client problems Recording and maintaining client contact data Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events Analyzing costs and sales Preparing reports for head office communicating with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
